मंदिर में प्रवेश करने बाद और पहले भी यह मंत्र जपते रहे.

ॐ घुश्मेश्वराय नमः
भगवान घुश्मेश्वर जी की पूजा का संकल्प लेते समय इस मंत्र का उच्चारण करें. देवदेव महादेवनीलकण्ठ नमोऽस्तु ते |
कर्तुमिच्छाम्यहं देव शिवरात्रिव्रतं तव ||
तव प्रभावाद्देवेश ! निर्विघ्नेन भवेदिति |
कामाद्याः शत्रवो मां वै पीडां कुर्वन्तु नैव हि ||
भगवान घुश्मेश्वर जी को स्नान समर्पण के दौरान इस मंत्र का उच्चारण करें. ॐ वरुणस्योत्तम्भनमसि वरुणस्य सकम्भ सर्ज्जनीस्थो |
वरुणस्य ऋतसदन्यसि वरुणस्य ऋतसदनमसि वरुणस्य ऋतसदनमासीद् ||
भगवान घुश्मेश्वर जी का आवाहन इन मंत्रों के द्वारा करें. कैलासशिखरस्थं च पार्वतीपतिमुत्तमम् ||
यथोक्तरुपिणं शम्भुं निर्गुणं गुणरुपिणम् |
पंचवक्त्रं दशभुजं त्रिनेत्रं वृषभध्वजम् ||
कर्पूरगौरं दिव्यांगगं चन्द्रमौलिं कपर्दिनम् |
व्याघ्रचर्मोत्तरीयं च गजचर्माम्बरं शुभम् ||
वासुक्यादिपरीतांगं पिनाकाद्यायुधान्वितम् |
सिद्धयोऽष्टौ च यस्याग्रे नृत्यन्तीह निरन्तरम् ||
जयजयेति शब्दैश्च सेवितं भक्तपुंजकैः |
तेजसा दुस्सहेनैव दुर्लक्ष्यं देवसेवितम् ||
शरण्यं सर्वसत्त्वानां प्रसन्नमुखपंकजम् |
वेदैः शास्त्रैर्यथागीतं विष्णुब्रह्मनुतं सदा ||
भक्तवत्सलमानन्दं शिवमावाहयाम्यहम् |
भगवान घुश्मेश्वर जी को अर्घ्य प्रदान करते समय इस मंत्र का उच्चारण करें. रुपं देहि यशो देहि भोगं देहि च शंकर |
भुक्तिमुक्तिफ़लं देहि गृहीत्वार्घ्यं नमोऽस्तु ते ||
इस मंत्र के द्वारा भगवान घुश्मेश्वर जी को बिल्वपत्र समर्पण करना चाहिए .दर्शनं बिल्वपत्रस्य स्पर्शनं पापनाशनम् |
